South Woodford Electronics Ltd has recently been involved The Bowman and Tactical Communications & Information Systems Integrated Project.
This was in conjunction with General Dynamics UK Ltd for which South Woodford received full MOD approval to provide cable assemblies and wire preparation. The Bowman project is a tactical communications system for the armed services to provide direct support to UK land, amphibious and air manoeuvre operations until 2026

South Woodford provide a daily ship to line service via an electronic ordering system, this allows a constant supply to the production line minimising the need for large stock holdings of finished assemblies and individual parts.

We have recently won a contract to supply assemblies to a company specialising in electronic thermometers and probes.
